In this study, we have tried Turkey's western Black Sea, known to cause amphibian deaths worldwide District Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis Real-time PCR technology for the first time. Our country's major forest areas and natural wetlands discovery and our region is rich in the number of individuals of the species, the world's lead to massive amphibian death in many parts of the Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis presence in our region this work will have been determined. In this study it is made once a land operation in 2013 and 2014. These field studies were positive results in seven of the 25 samples collected as a result. In the list of species that are in danger of soy in the species Rana dalmatina has received positive results seen in the example of the positive results Bd. In our country, not only on the type of Bombina bombina in Adapazari and thrace it was also found to be at the bottom of this fungal pathogen threats as a result of studies. As a result of the ecological wealth of our country is also the Western Black Sea Region that has been shown to be threatened by fungal pathogens. Our region as a result of this thesis can be made legal arrangements for the protection of amphibians. This fungal pathogen with which our region be investigated in further studies now that way.
