Batman in the city center of nurses who work in hospitals, job satisfaction and organizational assessment commitment

In this study, nurses working in hospitals located in the center of Batman province of job satisfaction and organizational commitment was to determine by comparing various demographic factors. Research center of the universe of Batman province of state and 379 nurses working in private hospitals has created. However, annual leave, maternity leave, the military and those who do not want to answer the survey because the survey participation rate was 81%. Questionnaire used in the study consists of three parts. The first section, demographic factors, the second section, job satisfaction, organizational commitment to the third section to measure the issues.Statistical evaluation of data obtained from the statistical package program was used, comparing the number and percentage of nurses identifying characteristics were found. Nurses' job satisfaction Kruskal-Wallis ANOVA and Mann-Whitney U test was used, where the result is significant for the Mann-Whitney U test was applied to find the source of the difference.Nurses' organizational commitment in the one-way analysis of variance and t test was used to compare the result to cases where a significant difference for the Duncan test was applied to find the source. Relations between sub-scales used in determining the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Analysis.Examined in the survey 75.5% of the nurses' females. 46.5% percent of 18-25 years. 50% married, 63.2% are working in public hospitals. 123.58 ± 29.74 average points total of all the nurses, job satisfaction, organizational commitment to the total average score was 50.18 ± 11.96.As a result, nurses working in state-owned hospitals and private hospitals to take measures to increase job satisfaction and organizational commitment are needed.
