Whether his poems are religious or not and their relevance to sufism have been studied, literary and artistic aspects of poems he told against situations and their effect on social life have been emphasized. He is a Godman and a poet ruler in shepherd suit, in any case right beside his people and his people. Key Words: Celalî from Bayburt, Religion, Sufism, Poetry, Divan
