Abstract (EN)

Heterocyclic system is main component which composed of many biological active compounds structure. In addition, in recent years synthesis of these compounds getting important different biological activities, not only a molecule is containing different azole cycle which connected each other different groups but also containing fused heterocyclic system. At first stage of this study, 5 novel compounds were synthesized. Initially, 1,2,4-triazol-3-one compound was synthesized from ethyl acetate ethoxycarbonylhydrazone compound that a good substance for the synthesis in the cyclization reaction. Ester compound was yielded via acidic proton substituted N-2 nitrogen of this compound with sübstitution reaction in the presence of ethyl bromo acetate. Hydrazide compound was obtained from ester compound via simultaneous reaction of N-2 and N-4 nitrogens of synthesized compound in the presence of hydrazine hydrate by hydrazination reaction. Then, 1,3,4-oxadiazole nucleus was synthesized simultaneous reaction of hydrazide group substituted N-2 and N-4 nitrogens in this compound with CS2 through ring-closing reaction. 1,3,4-oxadiazole nucleus in the corresponding compound was converted to 4-amino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole ring via simultaneous reaction of N-2 and N-4 nitrogens of compound with hydrazine hydrate. At the second stage, 7 novel fused heterocyclic compounds were synthesized by using microwave method. Fused heterocyclic compounds were synthesized from reaction of 4-amino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazol-3-one ring bonded N-2 and N-4 nitrogens of 1,2,4-triazol-3-one ring with various compounds through ring-closing reaction. Totally, 12 novel compounds were synthesized with in this study. All compounds obtained in this study were also investigated for antimicrobial, anti-lipase and anti-urease activities. All structures of the obtained compounds were characterized by using spectroscopic techniques like IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and MS.
