Abstract (EN)
In this study, some ferrocenyl substitue 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives have been synthesized from the oxidative cyclization reaction and their structure characterized. Synthesized mono and diferrocenyl substitue 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives (41a-e) are as following; 2-ferrocenyl-5-[(5-ferrocenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-yl)methyl]-1,3,4-oxadiazole, 2-ferrocenyl-5-[(5-furyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-yl)methyl]-1,3,4-oxadiazole, 2-ferrocenyl-5-[(5-thienyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-yl)methyl]-1,3,4-oxadiazole, 2-ferrocenyl-5-[(phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-yl)methyl]-1,3,4-oxadiazole and 2-ferrocenyl-5-[(p-nitrophenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-yl)methyl]-1,3,4-oxadiazole. All the intermediate compounds (36, 37 and 40a-e) and result products (41a-e) have been characterized by spectroscopic methods such as FT-IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. Also result products (41a-d) have been characterized by ESI-HRMS.KEYWORDS: Ferrocene, 1,3,4-oxadiazole, arylferrocenylhydrazone, 1H-NMR.
