Abstract (EN)
In this study, the obtained results by sending the the ions in bundles on Concrete and Steel which are selected as target material by usings Hydrogen (H), Helium (He), lithium (Li) and Beryllium (Be) ions are discussed. In this way, the calculations on range distributions of ions in target material, vacancies created by ions in target material, Frankel pairs and the make up of interstitals settled between atoms, displacement of atoms, recoil ion distributions and Kinchen-Pease damage are obtained. The calculations are presented graphically by using SRIM and TRIM package programs. SRIM and TRIM are very strong programs used in nuclear engineering especially for calculation of radiation damage and stopping power and we prefer to study in this research. With this study, which aims to determine the neutron damage and effect in reactors more practicially and more economically, we tried to obtain the effect of neutron by using ion with using simulation method. In this way, the changes of nuclear materials such as concrete and steel exposed to radiation are analysed and the results are presented.
