Abstract (EN)
This thesis has two main chapter. One of them is decanethiol and mercaptoundecanol (MUD) SAMs grown by a supersonic beam on Au(111) substrat, and the other one is pentacene SAMs grown by a supersonic beam on flat and vicinal silver surfaces. All the samples have been studied by using He diffraction. In this study, 11x and 11,8 x unit cell structures have been investigate for decanethiol and MUD striped pahese respectively. Films were also annealed to low and high temperatures in order to investigate physisorbed and chemisorbed phases. Pentacene SAM films were grown on flat and vicinal silver surfaces thanks to carrier helium and krypton gases and were studied in order to understand their self-assembling dynamics on vicinal and flat surfaces.
