Abstract (EN)

In this study, spermatheca structures of some carcass samples from Gaziantep University Entomology Laboratory were examined in SEM environment and morphology studies were carried out. Samples are collected from different regions of Gaziantep between 2012-2015. Morphological examinations of spermatheca structures of Calliphoridae family of Calliphoridae (Calliphora vicina and C. .vomitoria, Chrysomia albiceps, Lucilia sericata) were made by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The spermathecal structures of the species were evaluated as a taxonomic character by making morphological definitions of bulb, spermateka channel and valve. In addition, taxonomic comparisons have been made by determining differences and similarities between spermatocarpal morphologies among species. The actual dimensions of the spermatheca structures were determined, and the bulb structure was compared with the aspect ratios of the species. As a result of these evaluations, it has been revealed that the species studied can be regarded as taxonomic characters belonging to. Key words: Leisure sweats, Calliphoridae, spermatheca, SEM.
