Abstract (EN)
This study based on the morphology of spermathecal structure of some fruit flies which were protected and collected from various provinces of Turkey between 1998 and 2014. In the study, spermathecae structures of 7 species (Campiglossa producta, Campiglossa tesellata, Dioxyna sororcula, Euaresta bullans, Tephritis formosa, Tephritis nigricauda, Trupanea amoena,) belong to 5 genus from Tephritidae family were analysed by using scanning electron microscope (SEM). Morphological resemblance and differences between genera and species were determined. Also images of spermathecaes obtained from SEM were given. Spermathecae was evaluated in terms of taxonomical by using obtained characteristics.
