Abstract (EN)

Seedling of elderberry plants were planted in 2017. Due to cold damage in 2018, no data were obtained due to variety and genotype. In 2019, the flowers of the Tokat-1 genotype were damaged by cold again. Some plant characteristics of this genotype and pomological characteristics of Haschberg elderberry varieties and some plant characteristics were obtained. Haschberg variety was harvested on August 19. The average yield of this variety was determined as 0.207 kg / plant. Fruit weight was determined as 0.097 g and cluster weight as 11.006 g. Total soluble solid 7.5%, the amount of titratable acid was 8.6%, the squeezed water ratio was 33.62%, the total dry matter was 19.816% and the pH value was 3.98. Crown volume, plant stem diameter, annual shoot number, shoot diameter, shoot length, pinnate number, leaflet (pinnate) area and leaf area characteristics of plants were also investigated. Crown size of plants belonging to Tokat-1 genotype is 0.61 m3, plant stem diameter is 35.01 mm; annual number of shoots 7.663 pieces / plant, shoot diameter 9.65 mm, shoot height 9.542 cm, number of pinnate (pinnate) 4.66 pieces / plant, leaflet (pinnate) area of 56,85 cm2 and leaf area as 12.20 cm2 has been calculated. Haschberg variety of plants in the crown volume of 0.49 m3, plant stem diameter 17.75 mm, annual shoot number 4.99 pieces / plant, shoot diameter 5.64 mm, shoot height 69.22 cm, number of leaflets (pinnate) 6.40 pcs / plant, leaflet (pinnate) area of 102.8 cm2 and leaf area was determined as 15.95 cm2.
