In this study, Turkey's Black Sea region of Western Black Sea Region Kastamonu province Taşköprü district from Taşköprü origin of the obtained Pinus nigra Arnold. subsp. pallasiana Lamb. (Holmboe) (Anatolian black pine) germination of nanoparticles applied to the type of seeds effect has been studied over. he day was followed by germination and registration was started. At the end of 14th day, plumula and radicula, ie diameter, root and stem length were measured. As a result of measurements made in Petri dishes; Silica nanoparticle is also the highest concentration of 1200 mg / l, the longest body is 1200 mg / l and the longest root length is 1600 mg / l concentration. The maximum diameter of Fe2O3 Np is 2000 mg / l, the longest body is 1200 mg / l and the longest root length is 1200 mg / l. In Fe3O4 Np, as a result of the measurements, the maximum diameter is 800 mg / l, the longest body is 1600 mg / l and the longest root length is 1600 mg / l concentration. he maximum diameter of ZnO Np is 2000 mg / l, the longest body is 2000 mg / l and the longest root length is 800 mg / l. In CuO Np, the maximum diameter is 800 mg / l, the longest body is 600 mg / l and the longest root length is 200 mg / l. n Au Np, the maximum diameter is 100 mg / l, the longest body is 100 mg / l and the longest root length is 40 mg / l. The maximum diameter of TiO2 Np is 600 mg / l, the longest body is 600 mg / l and the longest root length is 600 mg / l. The maximum diameter in Ag Np is 100 mg / l, the longest body is 100 mg / l and the longest root length is 100 mg / l. As a result, it was observed that Ag, Fe3O4, Fe2O3, ZnO and Silica nanoparticles had positive effects at high concentration. CuO2 and TiO2 Np's had a positive effects at low concentrations. There is no negative effects on TiO2 Np. It was found that the thickness of the radical was higher than most nanoparticles.
