Abstract (EN)

In this study, different doses of 8 nanoparticle varieties (ZnO, AgNPs, SiO2, TiO2, Fe2O3, Fe3O4, AuNPs and CuO), which are widely stored in nature and have a wide spectrum effect on living organisms, were obtained in yellow pine seeds, petri dishes and vials in laboratory conditions. Seeds were placed into petri dishes and viols after 8 hours of soaking in pure water and subjected to NP application. The Petri dishes are placed in a climate cabinet set at a constant temperature of 24 °C and a humidity of 50%. The number of seeds germinating each day during the study period was determined and the amount of moisture in the petri dishes was adjusted. Seedings made in sterile peat in viols were also subjected to counts in petri dishes. The study carried out on the viols was carried out at room temperature at an average temperature of 18 °C. In petri dishes, ZnO, Fe2O3 and TiO2 nanoparticles showed positive results on germination percentage in 400 mg/l concentration group. SiO2 NP has higher germination percentage than other doses at a concentration of 2000 mg/l. In Ag nanoparticle, positive results were obtained at the lowest concentration of 20 mg/l. Positive results were obtained at 60 mg/l in Au Np and 600 mg/l in CuO NP. In Fe3O4 NP, all concentration groups gave low germination percentage compared to the control group and it was observed that it had negative effects on stinging. ZnO, Fe3O4 NP, the highest germination percentage values were observed in 2000 mg/l concentration group. In Ag and Fe2O3 NPs, all concentration groups had lower germination percentage values compared to control groups and showed negative effect on germination. TiO2, CuO and SiO2 NPs had the highest germination value in 800 mg/l concentration groups and showed positive effect on germination. On the other hand, Au NP showed a positive effect on germination in low concentration 40 mg/l concentration group.
