Abstract (EN)

In the present tesis study entitled with separation, preconcentration and speciation of some toxic trace inorganic and organic species such as copper, chromium, erythrosine, rhodamin B which are found in some food, environment, cosmetics and farmocological samples were carried out. For this purpose, environmentally friendly methods such as supramolecular solvent liquid phase microextraction, homogeneous liquid microextraction and magnetic solid phase microextraction have been developed. In the first study, rhodamine B, which is found at the trace level in some water samples and cosmetic products, was separated and enriched with supramolecular solvent liquid phase microextraction method. In the second study; a heat-induced homogeneous liquid liquid microextraction method was developed for the separation and preconcentration of erythrosine found in various cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food samples. In the third study, the magnetic graphite oxide adsorbent was synthesized and characterized for the separation and preconcentration of copper from the matrix environment by the magnetic solid phase microextraction method. Absorbance measurements of copper were carried out by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. In the last study; supramolecular solvent liquid phase microextraction method which was based on the formation of complex between Cr (VI) and 1,5- diphenylcarbazide for chromium speciation was developed. Standard reference material analyses were realized to prove the accuracy of the methods developed in the analysis of copper and chromium metals at the trace level. Also, addition / recovery studies have been implemented on real samples such as water, food, medicine, cosmetic products.
