Abstract (EN)
In this study, some new pyrrolidine derivative of sulfonamides were synthesized. In the first part of the study; endo pyrrolidine derivate compounds were synthesized with chiral catalysed. A substitute aldehyde were reacted with glisinemethyl ester hydrocholoride while synthesize and were added to N-methyl maleimide the same reaction and pyrrolidine derivate were obtained with 1,3- dipolar cycloaddition reaction. In the second part of the study, pyrrolidin derivate which synthesized the first part were reacted with toshyl chloride and sulfonamide derivate compounds were obtained. The structures of synthesized compounds determined by FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-APT, LC-MS spectroscopic methods. In the last part of study, biological effects of new compounds were investigated.
