Abstract (EN)

Beauverina bassiana, which is among the entopathogenic fungi, plays an important role in the control of many pests in agriculture, forestry and veterinary research areas. In this thesis, the mass production potential of B. bassiana in 12 different rice cultivars (Kırmızı 2020 R7, Siyah 1 Kargo, Tekcan, Çakmak, Siyah-Aromalı, Cammeo, Efe, Osmancık-97, 2020 GB, Yatkın, 2020 MB, Siyah 1) was investigated by solid state fermentation technique and the highest spore yield was determined in Osmancık-97 (4,9×1011 conidia/g). In the next part of the study, the shelf life of three different wettable powder formulations developed for one year was followed and it was determined that the viability in these formulations was generally 1010 conidia/mL.
