The investigation of the relationship between organizational support and organizational relique perceived by physical education teachers

In this research, it was aimed to determine the relationship between organizational support and organizational trust levels perceived by teachers. The data of the research in the survey model is composed of 255 teachers working in secondary and high schools in KAYSERİ city center in 2017-2018 academic year. The "Perceived Organizational Support" questionnaire developed by Derinbay (2011) and the "Organizational Trust" questionnaire developed by Yılmaz (2006) were used as the data collection tool in the research. SPSS 20.00 package program was used in the analysis of the obtained data. In the analysis of the datum, the Pearson Moments Multiplication Correlation was used to determine the relationship between organizational support and organizational trust that teachers perceive. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine whether organizational support predicts organizational trust or not. Besides these analyzes, Man-Whitney U test was used in dual comparisons and Kruskal W Wallis test in multiple comparisons to examine whether organizational support and organizational trust perceived by teachers were meaningfully different according to demographic variances. According to the research results, there is a positive middle level relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational trust. As a result of the research; It has been determined that the average of the organizational support perceptions of PE teachers is at the middle level. Physical Education Teachers; There was no significant difference between the groups in Gender, Place of Work, Marital Status, Education Status and Gender of the Principal sub-dimensions; There were meaningful differences found between the groups in the Personal Development subscale of Age, Vocational Seniority Variances and in the Work Structure subscale of the Working Institution Variance. When the average of organizational trust perceptions are considered it has been determined that the physical education teachers have a High Level average. For Physical Education Teachers; There were meaningful differences found in the Trust towards Principal sub-dimension according to Age Variance, while there were no significant differences found according to the variances of Gender, Occupational Seniority, Place of Duty, Employed Institution, Marital Status, Education Status and Principal's Gender. As a result of the Correlation Analysis, as the level of Organizational Support of Physical Education Teachers increases, the level of Organizational Trust increases and there is a positive middle level relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational trust.
