Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research is to examine the effect of School Principals' ethical leadership behaviors on physical education and sport teachers' life satisfaction and organizational commitment. In this sense, "Ethical Leadership" (ELS), "Organizational Commitment" and "Life Satisfaction" Scales has been applied to four hundred thirty six physical education and sport teachers working in various cities of Turkey of whom 176 were female and 259 male. In order to obtain data, by preferring an easy sampling method, online surveys (147) and face to face interviews (289) were used.In the analysis of data, as well as the descriptive statistics, Correlation Analysis was used to determine the relationship between the variables. Also to determine the effect of the participants' Ethical Leadership and Organizational Commitment levels on life satisfaction, regression analysis was used.
