Professional problems and burnout levels of physical training teacher (The city of Bursa application)

This research has been made to establish problems of the teachers of the physical training to determine the burnout of the teachers. In the direction of this purpose Personal information Form, Physical Training problem Scanning invantory and Maslach Burnout invantory have been applied individually to the physical training teachers who work in the primary and secondary education schools in the city of Bursa ( Addition: 1, Addition 2, Addition : 3 ) Personal information form has been created as a result of the fore interviews with the school Guide Teacher and physical Training Teachers and the variations have been determined according to the results of the researches which were done in this area. Personal Information Form, Maslach Burnout Invantory and Physical Training Problem Scanning Invantory have been applied with personal interviews and at the analysis stage, the averages of points and the percentage calculations it has been used computer. The problems of the Physical Training Teachers take place in 4 groups. These are the problems related to school management, problems related to school and physical conditions, problems related to the students and their families and problems related to educating teachers. According to the survery results the proportion of the physical training teachers marking the problems is 40 %. The most problematic area is the problems related to the school and physical conditions. The least problematic area is the problems related to educating teachers. When the problem Scanning invantory is analyzed according to the variations, it has been found out that female teachers, teachers who have just begun their career, single teachers, teachers who are not supported by teacher colleagues, teachers who are not supported by school management have more problems and they are in a risk group.When we evaluate the results of the Maslach burnout invantory generally. it has been established that the physical training teachers have lived burn out in the minimum degree. When The Maslach Burnout Invantory is analyzed according to the variations, it is seen that female teachers live the burnout more at emotional exhaustion and personal success lower dimension ; teachers who have 16 years and more service period live the burnout more at emational exhaustion in the working period ; teachers who have 11-16 years service period live the burnout more at the lower dimension of deporsunanatization ; teachers who have 0-5 years service period live burnout more at the personal success dimension. Moreover it is seen that the physical training teachers who are not satisfied with the mastership career morally live the burnout more according to the teachers who are satisfied with the mastership career morally and they take place in a risk gruop.
