In this study, it was tried to determine the problems of Physical EducationTeachers both in school and out of school sport activities. In the study, perceptions ofschool management, parents and students towards physical education courses inschools as well as the adequacy of physical conditions of schools for PhysicalEducation were explored.In the study ?case study? approach, within the qualitative research approachwas used as the method of the research. The study carried out with total 20 PhysicalEducation Teachers, who work at Primary and Secondary Schools in Trabzon.Qualitative data collected through semi-structured interviews with participantteachers. The data obtained was analyzed through the ?constant comparison method?in which content analysis was made.According to the study findings;Students in schools show high interest towards physical education lessonshowever, interests and support of non-subject teachers, school management andparents towards Physical education is found to be very low. Entry examinations afterschool e.g. OKS, and ÖSS thought to be effective on their perceptions about physicaleducation lessons. According to findings of the study, inadequacy of physicalenvironments and support material in schools, limited physical education hours arethe major problems that physical education teachers face. In out-of-school sportactivities again facilities and physical infrastructure; and difficulties in gettingpermissions from the management to carry out activities out of school hours wereechoed as other main problems by the participant teachers.
