Evaluation of professional ethics and professional motivation level of physical education and sports teachers

Purpose: : In this study, we aimed to examine the levels of professional motivation and professional ethics of physical education teachers. At the same time, physical education teachers with professional ethics and professional motivation was to investigate whether there is a relationship between the state of. Material and Method: In the first part of the research measurement tools for the development of a mixed-methods exploratory pattern sequencer was used. Other sections of the survey, causal-comparative and correlational research methods were used. For analysis; independent samples t-test, Anova and Pearson correlation tests were used. Findings: When size of the 'Professional Responsibility' increased a very high level, 'Professional Respect Dimension' increased middle level. There was not a significant difference between them in terms of the gender variable. "Professional Courtesy" in size there was a significant difference in favor of employees in a private school. According to the age variable of physical education teachers with age between 22-32, 33-43 the age group of the age group it was inferred that there is significant difference in favor of 33-43. Physical education teachers according to the variable of years of service, "professional courtesy" between teachers with 0-5 years of service 11-15 years of service with no significant size difference was found.The study as a result of the work of the teacher of physical education in terms of school type variable "motivation arising from the school environment" dimension a significant difference in favor of teachers who work at private school was found. Conclusion: Physical education teachers reached the conclusion that a high level of professional ethics and professional motivation. Besides the medium level professional respect dimension, "Motivation arising from the school environment", the low level of the important findings of the research can be said to be the result within.It has been found that there is a positive relationship between professional ethics and professional motivation.
