Abstract (EN)
Productivity on the field of education which leads the future of the Turkish societies has a critical importance. For this reason, the study identifies the factors that affect the motivation of the employees negatively and reveals the main reasons of decrease in the educational productiyity in the light of science. It is expected that the applicant will guide the solution of this problem by revealing the elements that negatively affect the motivation of the findings of this research and and guide the aplicants about the solution of this problem. In this study, information about the relationship between the opinions and motivation levels of physical education teachers in secondary school and high school in Kayseri regarding mobbing were examined. The population of the study includes, 312 physical education and sports teachers working in Kayseri province and a total of 170 voluntary physical education and sports teachers including 113 male and 57 female. In order to evaluate the questionnaire using SPSS 22 software was used. The data were converted into tablelas and evaluated in the study. Psychological violence scale and motivation level scale were applied to physical education and sports teachers in the study. The researchers' gender, age, marital status, years of service in the profession and demographic characteristics of the education level were examined. As a result of this study, there was no statistically significant difference in terms of variables such as gender, age, marital status, occupational service years and educational level variables of the study group when the average scores of psychological violence and motivation level were examined. A statistically significant difference was found when the educational level of psychological violence was examined in terms of the variables. The results of the analysis for examining the relationship between psychological violence and sub-dimensions of the research and motivation were found to have a negative relationship between mobbing and motivation. According to the results of the regression analysis of the study, it was found out that there are two negative phenomena that have negative effects between psychological violence and independent variable, independent of social life and motivational level. In literature studies, there are limited researches on the relationship between psychological violence and motivation in the field of education and there is not much research done on physical education and sports teachers. In this respect, the results of this study will contribute greatly to the literature. It should be taken into consideration that physical education and sports lessons, which contribute to the development of children and adolescents in physical and psychological sense, will be positively affected if such studies are carried out, education will have a positive effect for more success, not a negative contribution.
