To evaluate the differences between the two groups, Student's t test was used when the parametric test preconditions were satisfied; when the parametric test preconditions were not satisfied, Mann Whitney-U test was used. Similarly, in the analysis of dependent variables, paired samples t test and the Wilcoxon T test was used depending on the distribution. As a result of the study, it is concluded that the body music activities implemented is an effective method in mitigating the negative thoughts of the students of the 13-14 age group.
