Abstract (EN)
Entry and Purpose: Before Benign caused planned hysterectomy doing endometrial biopsy is always a subject of querying but still every gynecologist cannot stop doing it.But that operation gives extra anesthesia risk, losing workforce risk, infection, bleeding, perforation etc. These risks has morbidities (makes patient sick) so because of that in our work we did our research about its necessity and we compared doing endometrial sampling before hysterectomy and postoperative patology results. Material and Method: Between control and experimental group, there is no difference in age and pregnant (gravida) numbers (respectively p=0,916>0,005,p=0,395>0,005).In experimental group endometrial thickness is reasonably, normally thick (p=0,049 <α=0,05).In control group the most common indication of hysterectomy in 145 patient %37,9 of it is Myoma Uteri,in experimental group the most common indication of hysterectomy in 162 patient %52,6 of it is Anormal Uterin Bleeding. In control group, post op. patology result, most commonly, %48,3 Leiomyom,in experimental group most common patology result is %38,9 Leiomyom. In control group it was detected that in one patient, leiomyosakom was (%0,7),in other patient endometrium karsinom was (%0,7).In experimental group,in a person, which pre op. Biopsy was taken, endometrium was (%0,7).But in post op. patology results,in 5 patient it was detected that endometrium karsinom was (%3,1).All the patients, whose endometrium karsinom was detected, have post menopause bleeding and their age were 60 and up. Result: The patients which were operated by Benign caused hysterectomy, if they are 50 or up, and if they have anormal uterin bleeding and post menopause bleeding, endometrial sampling before hysterectomy should be done but not like biopsy,it should detailed. But besides that, before benign cause hysterectomy it is detected that doing endometrial sampling is not required.
