Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study was to determine the casual and relational effects among inclusive masculinity, athletic identity and life satisfaction of team athletes. The sample of the research was composed of 585 (292 male and 293 female) team athletes who were registered competing in four different team sports. As data collection instrument, a questionnaire composed of four section including inclusive masculinity theory scale, athletic In the data analysis section, to test the hypothesis of the study, confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis was conducted besides descriptive statistics such as mean, standard deviation and frequency/percentage. identity scale, life satisfaction scale and demographic information sheet was used. Findings pointed statistically significant direct relationship between athletic identity, life satisfaction and inclusive masculinity, life satisfaction. On the other hand findings pointed there is no statistically significant direct relationship between athletic identity and inclusive masculinity. Also findings pointed statistically significant positive relationship between social identity, exclusivity, homosexuality, emotional intimacy, physical touch, attitudes toward aggression and fighting to life satisfaction. On the other side statistically significant negative relationship between negative affectivity and life satisfaction.
