Abstract (EN)
Natural products exhibiting biological activities contain indanon emoiety. In thiswork, Bromination reaction of 5-bromoindanone and 6-bromoindanone were carriedout in various reaction conditions yielded the 3,5-dibromoidene and 3,6-dibromoindene selectively in high yield respectively. The dimerised products were obtained by thermolisation of indenes with cycoaddition [2+4] reaction. All synthesised molecules were islolated by chromatographic technique (column chromatography) and elucidated by spectroscopic methods (1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, IR, elementalanalyse)
