Esrar-ı Belagat of Bereketzade Ismail Hakkı, Cüz-i Evvel

This thesis is the work of the life, works and Cüz-i Evvel volume of his Esrar-ı Belagat. In the introduction, the term "rhetoric" and the historical development of rhetoric were studied. Then, the life and works of the writer of the work, Bereketzade İsmail Hakkı, were studied. In first chapter, the language and the content features of Cüz-i Evvel volume of Esrar-ı Belagat was focused on besides, work analysis was done. In second chapter, the index and transcription text of work were mentioned and then, transcription of work was given. Then finally, conclusion and references of work were given.
