Özet (EN)

From the year of 1960, theoretical approaches and emprical studies have demonstrated a positive impact of the concept of human capital in relation to economic growth and development issues. And since the second half of 1970s, the human factor has been involved in economic analysis. Based on they can provide economic development with physica lcapital, less developed countries transfer a significant portion of their resources in this area. This approach excludes human capita lprevents the necessary resource transfer for education. Where as, knowledge and skills people acquired have been an important factor in explaining the procuding power superiority of the developed countries. With the second half of the 1980s the process globalization and information society have been accelerated and human capital has inevitably become the most affected factor , while "qualified person" has become the symbol of the knowledge society. İn this study, it will be presented which relationships there will be in human capital, which is the most important element in development our age.
