The effects of education as a factors of human capital on economic development: The case of Iran to the 1980-2008 period

Human capital is the human resource that is well-trained and gained ability. A well-trained person is the important factor of economic development.The main problem for the most underdeveloped countries is not lack of man-power but uneducated labour force. Therefore, the most significant problem for these countries is to develop human resources.There are serious problems for Iran to become an information society. Among these, inadequate government spending on education, unemployment problems of persons who graduated from university can be considred.
