Abstract (EN)

Pyrimidine and its condensed derivatives, quinazolines, are found some of alkaloids and drugs, widely. Thus, investigation of new preparation methods of this type of heterocycles is an important research area. We aimed to investigate original methodologies for the general synthesis of some pyrimidine and quinazoline derivatives which have no preparation methods in literature with this study. β-dicarbonyl compounds containing an amide group were used as starting materials for new methodology. 5-Acyl-2-aminopyrimidin-4-one and the 1H-pyrimido[1,2-a]quinazoline-1-ones were obtained from the these starting compounds with cyanamide and N,N-dimethylformamid dimethylacetal via multi-component domino reaction. DBU were used in this reactions as catalyst. One 5-Acyl-2-aminopyrimidin-4-one and nine 1H-pyrimido[1,2-a]quinazoline-1-one derivatives were prepared with this new metod. All the synthesized new products were characterized by means of 1H and 13C NMR, IR, elemental analysis and HRMS.
