Özet (EN)

In this study, the Ising model is a mathematical model of ferromagnetism in statistical mechanics and has been used to describe many cooperative physical systems such as density, concentration, crystallographic order parameter, magnetization, electrical polarization, etc., and has been studied using various methods for a long time. The Blume-Emery-Griffiths (BEG) model, on the other hand, is a spin-1 Ising model originally proposed to study 3He-4He mixtures. The Spin-3/2 Ising BEG model has been proposed as a model to explain the phase transitions of the DyVO4 compound. Later, it was used to describe various different physical phenomena such as multicomponent liquids, microemulsions, semiconductor alloys, electronic conductive models. The critical behavior of these models has been investigated for many years. However, for the Spin-3/2 Ising model, it has not yet been studied in detail on the Bethe Lattice using a bimodal random distribution of the bilinear exchange interaction via an adjustable α parameter. The aim of this thesis is:
