Abstract (EN)
In this study, it was aimed to investigate the behavior of 4, 6 and 8-storey curtain-framed structures in the type of residential and office buildings under the effect of earthquake. For this purpose, the curtain end zone on the plan is selected with 4 different types of structures and the total number of curtain cross-section areas, the number of curtains and the locations of the curtains in the plan, as a percentage change of the shear forces coming to the curtains and columns and the relative displacements of the floors. It was investigated. In the first part; The problems of the carrier system encountered during the project of multi-storey buildings, the purpose of the study and the material properties of the studied structures are mentioned. In the second part; Information was given about the types of reinforced concrete carrier systems and the structures of these systems under the effect of earthquake. In the third part; The loads to be used in the analysis of the examined structures are calculated and presented in tables and graphics. In the fourth section; Total equivalent earthquake loads acting horizontally during the earthquake were calculated. In the fifth section; Total shear forces acting on the floors, horizontal displacements, the total shear forces received by the curtains and columns on the floors were obtained in% and made suggestions in accordance with these presentations. Keywords: Curtain-framed structures, curtain end zones, the transfer of structures
