Abstract (EN)

Customer-focused product development has become one of the cornerstones of success in increasingly competitive conditions. Shortening product cycles, diversity and fluctuation in customer demands force companies to act faster. In these conditions, Quality Function Deployment is among the methods used to access data quickly, develop correct methods, and produce products that match customer demands. In the relevant thesis, the House of Quality, one of the tools of Quality Function Deployment, was applied. Customer requirements, which are the input of the quality house, were determined by categorizing online complaints by experts. The importance levels of customer requirements were calculated with Categorical Based Evaluation Technique for Measurement of Attractiveness (MACBETH). M-MACBETH software was used in the calculation. Technical requirements corresponding to customer requirements were determined by experts, and the internal relationship between the technical requirements was examined by Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL). Relevant data has been added to the House of Quality. This proposed model was applied in the development of the induction hobs.
