Abstract (EN)
Climate change is one of the most important environmental and economic problems of our age. It negatively affects every aspect of human life. It is an extremely serious and complex problem. Natural resources are being rapidly depleted and it is very important to prevent the rapid depletion of natural resources. Approximately 300 million tons of polymeric materials are produced worldwide every year. And none of these widely produced plastics degrade in nature on their own in a short time. For these reasons, plastics cause many environmental problems. In order to overcome these environmental problems, research on the development of biodegradable plastics is gaining importance. In this study, flexible ceramic doped composites were produced by adding industrial hemp oil, eggshell powders and white mussel shell powders to PVA (Poly (vinyl) alcohol) matrix. White mussel shells and egg shells were ground and pulverized with the help of a ring mill. PVA polymer added in pure water was made into a solution with the help of a magnetic stirrer. White stomach shell powders and eggshell powders were mixed in an ultrasonic mixer with the help of pure water, ethyl alcohol and industrial hemp oil. The mixtures were then combined in a magnetic stirrer. They were poured into petri dishes by casting method. It was left to dry with the help of an oven. PVA polymer is an environmentally friendly polymer with good film forming properties and biodegradable properties. Due to these properties, it was used as matrix material. White mussel shells and egg shells are products in the waste material group. The calcium carbonate component they contain makes them a strength increasing reinforcement material. For this reason, the products were selected as reinforcement materials. Industrial hemp oil has a completely natural content. It also acts as a very good binder. Due to these properties, it was used as a binding material in this study. In the products produced, industrial hemp oil additive provides the bonding of the composite structure, white mussel shell powders show a more flexible behavior in the internal structure, eggshell powders show a more rigid behavior in the structure. The product with the best flexibility properties in homogeneous structure was found in the mixture ratio with the additive material ratio close to 100% of the matrix material ratio.
