Abstract (EN)
In our study, we aimed to evaluate factors affecting survey in patients with brain metastasis lung cancer. We received 135 patients with brain metastasis lung cancer that have 34 – 80 years of age (15 women, 120 men) in our study. First of all, patients who have brain metastasis in the initial diagnosis and during regular control were considered as case. We examined the relationship between median survey and patient gender, smoking, pathological subtype, stage, brain surgery, giving the RT to brain, adjuvant chemotherapy, status of the first metastasis place. We received the status of patients survey with The Republic of Turkey ID from hospital electronic data program related to Civil Registry. We calculated as month survey of dead patients from the day that pathologic case was taken until the day they died. In our study, we found the correlation between giving surgery and adjuvant chemotherapy patient brain and survey. We could not find statistically meaningful difference between sex, smoking, pathological subtypes, giving the RT to brain, the first metastasis place and survey We believe that finding medicines for mortalite and morbidite are seminal with searching factors effects to lung cancer survey.
