Abstract (EN)

Computerized modeling technique is an innovative approach used in reserve calculations and long term mine planning in mining enterprises in order to reduce the risks in production and increase efficiency. In this study, with the help of Vulcan and NETPRO/Mine mining software, a boron field is modeled in three dimensions and it is aimed to create a solid model with different methods, to calculate its reserve and to make open pit production planning with high efficiency. First of all, digital data obtained from topographical measurements in the field were modeled on the computer and 3-dimensional topography of the field was formed. Then, 71 drilling data on the site were interpreted and transferred to the database of the software. Based on the drilling data, ore-solid models were formed by two different methods, one of which was used in the study. Different volume calculation methods were compared and the appropriate method for the study area was selected. The reserves of the site have been determined and the amount of ore and burden that can be produced by the representative project has been calculated. New representative open pit mine has been formed and equipment selection has been done with selected open pit parameters based on existing open pit topography and ore solid model.
