During the transformation process of information society, evaluating the concept of e-government on the basis of cyber security of the country

In this study, during the transformation process of information society, the concept of e-government has mentioned briefly with its features. Instead of classical administration, new society's bureaucracy-free, fully accessible, transparent public administration request with the help of globalization and emerging information technologies and innovations, has stated in this study. Changing the perception of the public administration in the process of transformation of the information society, the decision makers to respond to these new demands in the name of the classical conception of the state than the requirement to establish a well-functioning administrative structure, and thus the concept of e-government has emerged. The services offered through e-government applications have developed to include critical infrastructure and at one point it considered as a possible cyber-attacks that could compromise the safety of the country. Some examples of cyber attacks which took place in recent past have given in this study in order to show how sensitive and important the issue. On behalf of to compensate suspicions against e-government process, what kind of measures should be taken for public institutions and government structures has mentioned in this study. Although the concern of cyber security of the country, which is still an element of pressure on the process of e-government, there seems to be no way to give up from the e-government or from its offer to mankind.
