Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between organizational effectiveness and organizational effectiveness in organizations and the mediating effect of strategy making capability in this relationship. Innovative-entrepreneurial enterprises that continue to operate in production, patent and R&D activities in 18 existing free and active regions in Turkey constitute the sample of this work. Within the scope of the survey, questionnaires were sent by mail to 311 enterprises. This obtained data was analyzed using SEM with LISREL version 8.8. SPSS 20.0 program was used to test the reliability and validity of the descriptive statistics and the scales used in the research. As a results of the Structural Equation Modelling analysis, the relationship between organizational effectiveness and knowledge management can be proved empirically as well as it has been found that an entrepreneurship strategy making capability plays an intermediating role between knowledge management and organizational effectiveness.
