Abstract (EN)
The developments in the knowledge and communications caused important conversions in the world order at the end of 20th century. One of the most effected areas from these conversions is the governance. In this context; "Information Management", "Information Society" and "e-government" are the concepts which are often used in recent years. With these concepts it is expressed a new society structure which is formed by the advances in the information and communication technologies.In this study, "Information Management", "Information Society" and "e-government" will be examined as a concept firstly and then, how management is implemented in the e-government applications will be explained.
