Abstract (EN)
Knowledge is a very significant source for competitive edge and innovation in organizations. Knowledge management is a process which enables us to benefit from knowledge in order to achieve organizational goals.In this sense, organizations need to be in an environment where true, beneficial, explicit and shared knowledge is intensively produced and used. Thus, organizations obtain competitive edge pioneering the innovations and it is crucial regarding sustainability. The main objective of this study is to increase the relationship between knowledge management activities and organizational innovation activities, and try to put forth the moderator effect of individual innovativeness. This study involves government executives. Results suggest that, it can be stated that there is a positive and meaningful correlation between knowledge management and services and process innovation. In the moderator effect oriented analyses of individual innovativeness, it is seen that individual innovativeness has a meaningful relationship with the dependent and independent variables. Also, the model designed for the moderator effect of the knowledge management on service and process innovation proved to be meaningful. It was concluded that knowledge management has a significant effect on process and service innovation.
