Abstract (EN)
These days, current firms have understood and valued the vital financial and ecological advantages related with the advanced economy. KM enables firms to examine a huge sum of information to yield significant information to adjust expected risks and clip eco-friendly business open doors. More so, innovation portrays both the result and process through which a firm creates and brings to the market a new or essentially further developed item, administration or interaction. Firm performance has been analyzed in the three following classes in knowledge management literature: financial performance (FP), nonfinancial performance (NFP) and generally firm performance (GFP). Therefore, the aim of the study is to examine the influence of knowledge management on innovation and firm performance. The study employs a quantitative research method. A theoretical model for the study was developed. The results of this study demonstrates that knowledge management enhances a firm's performance.
