Özet (EN)
Based on the findings of the literature research on computer applications in education, a Computer Assisted Education (CAI) software package that can run on IBM compatible personal computers has been developed and implemented. This program, which can be used to prepare curriculum for educational purposes, is written in Turbo Pascal 6.0 programming language. The fact that it allows educators who have little or no programming knowledge but are experts in their fields to easily prepare courses or seminars adds an authoring system feature to the program. In addition to course preparation in the program, educators have the ability to enter and change student evaluation information for a course. The feature of the developed BDE package allows the information to be expressed graphically while preparing the lesson. The prepared lessons are divided into sections, making it easier to follow and understand the lesson.
