In computer-assisted education, the views of teachers about the supporting of Dyned programme English lessons in primary schools: The sample of Kırşehir

In this study, the views of English language teachers working in primary schools, in Kırşehir, about supporting of Dyned programme to English lessons in computer assisted learning was determined and searched if these views differentiate according to such factors as sex, seniority, location and using of programme. The data according to such features showing difference were examined and interpreted.This study, carried out as a descriptive study, includes 83 English language teachers? views working 2011-2012 educational year in Kırşehir.The data of the study was gathered with an opinion scale form developed by the researcher. In the first part, the personal information belonging to teachers in the research are stated for the purpose of revealing demographic information. In the second part, the questions about using of the programme were asked. In the third part, ?the practice difficulty, the practice easiness, instrumentality, harmfulness? of programme towards supporting to English lesson were presented and tried to state agreeing level.The data in the research was analysed by using SPSS programme. In analysing the data, such statistical methods as mean, standart deviation, t-test, anova and post hoc were used.As a result, it is stated that, the views of English language teachers about Dyned programme according to sex, seniority, location and using of program were meaningless. But it is understood that this programme will be more effective if schools? conditions are developed.Key Words: Computer Assisted Teaching, Dyned Programme
