Özet (EN)

In this age we are in the first quarter of the 21st century the accessibility that the computer supported technology provides is used in all the stages of creating industrial products, starting from designing to actual producing. Effects like decreasing time and amount of work force required, and increasing quality and productivity are important factors behind the preference of these technologies over conventional production systems. Computer supported technologies are growing into a more and more important element in sectors as industrial design, automobile, aviation, construction where a variety of materials such as ceramic, plastic, metal and composite are used. As an alternative to conventional methods used in the industrial ceramic education, all the stages of a product from start to finish will be executed by using computer supported technologies. At the end of implementations, computer supported production and conventional model mold systems will be compared. In the field of industrial ceramic education, the application of computer supported technology is mostly limited to theorical information and don't have much utilization in practice. The inclusion of these technologies, which make life easier for many industries, in the curriculum of industrial ceramic education will facilitate and fasten the production processes, and create a valuable advantage by doing so; just like it does for many other industries. In all aspects and all details of a human life, the usage of the technology is getting inevitably more common because of the requirements that a certain time period brings. Therefore, the current aim is to integrate computer supported design and production technologies into industrial ceramic education to enrich the forms of expression, extend the design opportunities and find its place in the industry as a brand-new production model. This research includes applications made in industrial ceramic production processes using a 3D printer and CNC machine. Products designed in digital area have been used in prototype and model works with plastic and resin-based forms of three-dimensional printers. In addition, small-scale models of CNC machines, which are widely used in the industry, and plaster mold forming methods were experienced in the educational environment. Addressing design and production methods in interdisciplinary environments will allow design fields to interact with each other. Adapting different materials and different production forms to be used in ceramics education, in education; It will increase the opportunity to create innovative and original designs by expanding the application areas in the design and production phase.
