The MAXQDA program was used in the analysis of qualitative data and the data were analyzed by content analysis method. Considering the results of the research, it has been determined that students, teachers and parents agree that the expectations for BİLSEM programs are met and that the programs improve students' social, personal and creativity skills. It has been concluded that the expectations of the teachers regarding the attendance of the students, active participation and interest were not met.
