Abstract (EN)
This study aims to examine the Career Guidance Programs implemented in Science and Art Centers (BİLSEM) in terms of curriculum components. The research was carried out with descriptive research method through document analysis and interviews with field experts. The main purpose of the study is to reveal the current status of career guidance services offered to gifted students in Turkey and to develop recommendations by determining the opinions of field experts on Career Guidance Programs. The findings of the study revealed how the career guidance programs implemented in BİLSEMs are implemented in terms of educational philosophy, objectives, content component, teaching-learning process and assessment and evaluation component. In conclusion, this study shows that Career Guidance Programs implemented in BİLSEMs are an important tool to support the career development of gifted students. In order to make these programs more effective, it is recommended that the content and implementation processes of the programs should be continuously updated and evaluated. It also offers suggestions for career guidance of gifted students.
