Abstract (EN)
States can make some aids or provide stimulus to business in various ways for the development of some sector, the creation of international competitiveness, and branding. When considering the economic and financial policies in Turkey, there are states aids and stimulus for many sector like information technology, education, health, agriculture, tourism.The aims of this study are determined the selection criteria of supported information technology projects in the IT sector which is one of sectors made aid by state and their weights. The criteria were defined by the help of the views of some experts working at one of public institutions which is provided assistance to IT sectors. Using interval type -2 Fuzzy AHP method, the weights of the criteria was calculated. Projects submitted for support to public institutions were ranked according to this method. A different perspective was provided for decision makers with the proposed approach
