Abstract (EN)
In today's world where information technologies are developing rapidly, knowledge management processes of organizations are also undergoing a significant transformation. This study examines the impact of information technology use on knowledge management and the mediating role of information systems literacy in this process. Within the scope of the study, data were collected from 289 white-collar employees working in different sectors through a survey method. The results of the study show that the use of information technologies has a positive effect on knowledge management and information systems literacy plays a partial mediating role in this relationship. These findings suggest that organizations should increase the use of information technologies and improve employees' information systems literacy in order to improve their knowledge management processes.
