Abstract (EN)

Today with the development of technology, Information Technologies and Software lesson's importance is increasing. In line with abilities of 21st century's need's, new generation needs to be adorned technologicalabilities. One of these abilities is robotics coding. Nevertheless, subjects, are about this field, are being studied in Information and Technology and Software Class, they don't take place in curriculum. So, it can be teached on teacher's initiative. Aim of this thesis is, according to teachers oppinions who work within schools under Ministry Education, creating a learning and teaching framework which is intended to integration of robotics and coding subjects to the curriculum. In lie with the aim of study it was used Delphi Technique. Aim of Delphi Technique is reaching a compromise among proffessionals on a subject Delphi study, interviews were made with nine Information Technology teachers, professional on roboticss coding subject, about attainments which are needs to be in robotics coding, materials which can be used in robotics classes, teaching approaches, asesment and evalvation approaches, qualities of learning environment, extent of robotics coding integration with semi-structured interview form. Answers coming from proffesions were analyzed with content analysis and determined eight theme. It was found out totaly 111 codes under these theme. In the second stage of Delphi study, it was prepared asurvey with seven likert type. Second stage of research, survey, created with codes which were determined by proffessionals, transmitted to forty-six Information and Technology teacher. Professionals were asked for rating each items of survey between 1-7. In line with optained results, each item's average median and quarter aperture value was counted up. As a result of statistical analysis, items which their median below 7,00 were eliminated. Items, their median were 7,00, examined again and which of their quarter aperture value was over 1,00 were eliminated. Rest items were involved in learning – teaching framework. Robotics coding learning- teaching framework, resulting, occured from 8 stage and 83 items. Delphi tecnique, used in this research was realized in two stage. In the first stage of
