The sample of the study consists of a total of 115 teachers working in the public schools of Malatya National Education Directorate in the 2018-2019 academic (education and training) year. "Organizational justice scale", "work satisfaction scale" were used for data collection, and "personal information form" was used to determine demographic characteristics. The obtained data were interpreted using SPSS-25 methods such as arithmetic mean, frequency, t-test, ANOVA test, LSD materiality test, Pearson Moment Correlation Coefficient and Regression Analysis. As a result of the research, it was determined that the Organizational Justice perceptions of the teachers of Information Technologies were at a medium level and their job satisfaction was at a high level. These results show that there is a positive and moderately significant relationship between the level of job satisfaction and organizational justice perceptions of information technology teachers. In addition, positive increase in perception of organizational justice is seen to affect job satisfaction in a positive way.
