Abstract (EN)
Using building energy analysis software engineers will have an idea about the HVAC systems energy efficiency. In this way, we minimized any errors that may occur in the future. We do virtual analysis that using the mathematical model. Real-life data with 100% accuracy could not be transferred to the mathematical model and real data does not always react the same way so that some errors are causes of Building Energy analysis software. We use closed-loop control systems for reducing this error. We can investigate the errors in building analysis software thanks to using close loop control systems. Feedback system makes real measurement and provides accuracy of the mathematical model. The algorithm created and the academic literature investigated in this thesis. Also we explain HVAC components, energy analysis, feedback system and by-products. After the feedback system is established, we can use by-products free for example; advanced energy automation, real time efficiency, simulation design guide
